Tsu Festival support character Todo Toramaru. He is a white tiger boy created with the “tiger” in Todo Takatora, the former lord of Tsu Castle, as his motif. He participates in events and shares information to promote the period procession called the Takatora-era Picture Scroll held at the Tsu Festival!
