Tsu City PR character, Shiromochi-kun. A fairy of a white flag bearing three rounded rice cakes who loves Tsu City's Tōdō Takatora. Shiromochi-kun always wears a favorite helmet with rabbit ears. Since being created in 2008 to help Tsu City, Shiromochi-kun has been active by sharing information on Twitter and elsewhere and appearing at various events to promote Tsu City.
