Mitoyon

Mitoyon is the chief researcher of the Project to Increase Recognition. The character was created first, and “Mitoyon” was selected from five entries submitted through a nationwide public call for the character's title. Mitoyon is a dinosaur called Yotominakites that lives in Mitoyo City—or so it is said—and is apparently very attached to people. Mitoyon participates in events inside and outside the city, while the keeper updates a blog and Twitter to help raise the city's profile.
