Official udon ambassador of the Honba Sanuki Udon Cooperative Association: Udon Brain. Apparently, after eating nothing but the udon he loved, he woke up one morning as an “udon brain.” His distinctive feature is adding “tsuru” to the ends of his sentences, and his popularity is rising thanks in part to his innovative design! Udon Brain goods are also selling well.
