Chiba Environmental Restoration Fund mascot character Chibaken (ちばけん) is the color of Chiba Prefecture's rapeseed flowers. He was born to make the Chiba Environmental Restoration Fund feel familiar to prefectural residents and to encourage their kind-hearted feelings. Apparently, when his face is turned sideways, it becomes the shape of Chiba Prefecture. He works hard in PR activities by taking part in events and other activities.
