Inzai City mascot character Inzai-kun. He is a cosmos-colored boy rhinoceros who lives in the city’s cosmos fields, with the Inzai mark on his belly as a distinguishing feature. He became the mascot character in November of Heisei 23 (2011). Apparently, cosmos flowers also bloom on his tail, and he appears at events inside and outside the city to help liven up Inzai City.
