Shibayama Town character Shibakko-kun is an eternally seven-year-old boy modeled on a human-shaped haniwa excavated from the town's “mysterious ancient tomb.” His wings are apparently Sandersonia-style rocket engines called “Sonia Jet.” He appears at events around the country and works hard in PR activities so that more people will learn about his beloved Shibayama Town.
