Kakushida black vinegar character Tsubo-chan. This character promotes Kakushida brown-rice black vinegar. Apparently, about 20,000 jars are aged for three to five years at the brewery. Tsubo-chan is modeled on those jars and works hard to promote Kakushida black vinegar while living in the jar fields!
