Ueyanagi Community Development Project Team mascot character Orin-chan. This character was born on April 9, 2011, based on a Buddhist temple bell, to brighten and enliven the temple-town area in front of Nishi Hongwanji in Shimogyo Ward. It is said that Orin-chan answers when called!
