Ishigaki City certified character Paiguru. This boy character was created based on the crested serpent eagle found in the Yaeyama Islands to promote Ishigaki Island's airport, which opened in March 2013. He became an official Ishigaki City mascot character in 2014 and works hard in promotional activities in various places while dreaming of becoming an international-flight pilot and a boxing world champion!
