Its Noh-mask face is connected to Kannami's founding of a Noh troupe, while its head represents the narrow alleyways called hiyawai. The neck pendant features Nabari kumihimo braiding and katayaki, the emergency food of Nabari ninjas. The cape on its back comes from The Man of Twenty Faces by a mystery novelist from Nabari. Its tail represents the clear waters of the Nabari River.
