Chikūjin-kun is the futuristic tengu of Toyoyama Town, the town of airplanes. His special skill is flying through the sky! Though he needs a 2,740-meter runway. He invites good fortune with the hand fan he holds. In the past, he was bitten by a turtle during underwater training, so he is not good at swimming or turtles.
