The mascot of Tokyo Rainbow Pride, an LGBT event held every spring in Yoyogi Park. He is a Japanese flying squirrel, a species native to Japan. His name comes from "tobu" (to fly) and "to be" (the way one should be). He spreads his rainbow-colored patagium and glides, bringing pride and smiles to LGBT people.
