Born in July 2013. Hogaja is the character of the rice cracker “Hogaja,” packed with the bounty of Hokkaido's sea and land. While carrying out sales activities as Hogaja's PR manager, Hogaja also belongs to the potato starch division of the Koshimizu Town Office together with Denbo of Koshimizu Town.
