Mie Prefectural Animal Welfare Promotion Center characters Kibou and Tsumugi-chan. These characters were created with the wish that rescued dogs and cats would meet new partners and be able to weave hope. Kibou, with the red collar, is a male Kishu dog, while Tsumugi-chan, with the blue collar, is a female calico cat.
