Japan’s first yuru-character magician, this corgi has playing-card suits on its body and practices magic diligently, saying, “I want to energize Yaizu, and Japan, with the power of magic.” Although unofficial in Yaizu City, Kogiratta shares information on blogs and other media and appears at festivals and other events, on television, and at shops in Yaizu City.
