Kitanagoya City Society of Commerce and Industry Youth Division character Icchi-kun. In Kitanagoya City, which was entering its ninth year, designs were solicited from children around nine years old, the same age as the city, and this character was born from the submitted works. Working with a university, the Youth Division produced a costume and uses the character to share its activities, energize Kitanagoya City, and promote it.
