Okazaemon, the Okazaki City PR Character, has the real name Okazaki Emonnosuke and is active as Okazaki City's first local character. In April 2013, he was appointed Okazaki Art Publicity Minister, a position he left in March 2014. From July, he also joined the Okazaki City PR Caravan Team and appears at events for Okazaki City.
