Yokoshibahikari Town mascot Yokopii is a character born in Heisei 25 after designs and a nickname were solicited to further improve the town’s image and one entry was selected. Yokopii is a mysterious fairy who came from the Kujukuri Sea. She wears a hat decorated with the town flower, ume, and its specialty Hikari negi green onions, and a vest made from specialty tomatoes and inspired by Kujukuri Beach. She works hard to promote Yokoshibahikari Town and make everyone smile!
