Toba and Topaty, the Tobarger Mascot Characters, were created with Toba City's local burger, “tobarger,” and dugongs as their motifs. Toba is a ten-year-old boy with a flag on his back, while Topaty is an eight-year-old girl with a cute heart mark on her stomach. They both love tobarger and apparently eat it immediately whenever they find one!
