Goto City image character Gotrin was created after winning the grand prize among entries submitted from throughout Japan. A yabutsubaki, the city flower, blooms on her head; she wears a white veil inspired by the church groups, and the inside of the veil represents Goto City’s blue sea. Together with Baramon-chan and Tsubaki-neko, who were selected for excellence awards, she works to introduce Goto City’s attractions.
