She is a Tanabata fairy created in 2013 after serving as a tourism ambassador and other roles, to enliven the Sayama City Iruma River Tanabata Festival and energize Sayama City. With paper strips on her ears and a rainbow-colored cape as her highlights, she appears and is active at various events, including the Tanabata Festival!
