Kariya City Environmental Promotion Division characters Keybo and Friends. “Keybo” (center) is a self-proclaimed tree spirit and an older brother figure who wears an eco-friendly furoshiki around his neck and explains environmental issues in an easy-to-understand way. “Rabi-tan” (left) imitates Keybo by wearing a scarf around her neck and apparently became interested in eco-friendly practices after meeting him. “Epico” (right) is close friends with Rabi-tan, and the hair on its head forms Kariya City’s “K.” They appear on flyers, posters, and at events for Kariya City’s environmental awareness programs.
