Kihoku Town PR captain Kīhoku-kun. This character was created to promote Kihoku Town, “the town of the World Heritage Kumano Kodo.” The object on his head is not a hat but “Manbōya,” modeled on the sunfish, the town fish. He appears at various events in many places for Kihoku Town!
