Deputy director of the Hagi City Tourism Division Haginyan. Haginyan is the reincarnation of the loyal cat who is the protagonist of the Cat Town legend and wears the uniform of the Kiheitai. After being created in April 2013 as the character of the Hagi City Consumer Affairs Center, Haginyan became deputy director of the Tourism Division. Haginyan strolls through Hagi, including its castle town, welcoming visitors to the city.
