Suō-Ōshima Town PR supporters, Mikakin and Mikatoto. They were first created as pin-badge characters in 2012 to give souvenirs to students visiting the island on school trips and other occasions, and later made their costumed debut. Mikatoto (blue) is a boy combining Suō-Ōshima Town's fish and mandarins, while Mikakin (red) is a girl combining the town's goldfish and mandarins. They visit events on and off the island and work hard in promotional activities so more people will learn about Suō-Ōshima.
