Sado natural yellowtail katsu rice bowl promotional representative Burikatsu-kun. Burikatsu-kun is characterized by a body modeled on a yellowtail with human hands and feet. While engaging in both farming and fishing in Sado City’s Ryotsu area, he appears at many events inside and outside the island to promote Sado’s new local gourmet dish, the Sado natural yellowtail katsu rice bowl, made with Sado-raised natural yellowtail and rice.
