Sanuki City mascot character Sakkī. Sakkī was born from entries submitted in a nationwide public competition as one of the projects commemorating the 10th anniversary of Sanuki City's merger. She wears the city flower, cosmos, on her chest, a Sanuki udon scarf around her neck inspired by a pilgrim's attire, and a kasa hat. She is an energetic girl.
