Saginomiya Shōmeikai mascot character Sagi-Poo. Sagi-Poo is active “for the happiness of the town,” showing off his excellent dancing at many events in Nakano Ward. Apparently, only people with pure hearts can see him! He normally lives at Saginomiya Hachiman Shrine and patrols the town from the sky above Saginomiya, protecting everyone's happiness while looking for fun things.
