Edogawa agricultural support leader Edo-chan. About 300 years old, Edo-chan is a boy born in the Edo period who wears komatsuna, which originated in Edogawa Ward, on his head. Apparently, he can grow not only komatsuna but also agricultural products from within the ward on his head. He is active at many events as a character representing Edogawa Ward!
