Hino City eco characters Ecoala and Ecokuma. Ecoala is a koala boy born at Tama Zoological Park in Hino City whose motto is “eco is eco.” Ecokuma apparently came to Hino City after being driven from his home by global warming, where he met Ecoala. Together, they work as Eco Rangers to spread eco-awareness from Hino City to the world!
