Mayugetta is Yuki City's mascot character. He is a boy with a white body made of silk cocoons, wearing Yuki tsumugi. He became the mascot character in March 2012. After debuting from a publicly solicited design, he has been active at events inside and outside the prefecture, including television appearances.
