He is a male dog created in 2007 with the slogan “Adachi Ward to the world!” for the purpose of improving Adachi Ward's image and revitalizing the community. He is no longer Adachi Ward's character, but appears at events in the ward while updating Facebook and elsewhere as a “former official character.”
