Kiyota Ward mascot character Kiyocchi. Kiyocchi is a forest fairy born in April Heisei 19, with a leaf pattern on its chest evoking the ward’s natural environment. Active mainly at festivals in the ward, Kiyocchi has become popular in the community, even inspiring the creation of the Kiyocchi Ondo.
