Shibuhana mascot Kumokkuru. A boy who loves flowers and cotton candy, he was created as the character of Shibuhana, a volunteer group formed mainly by young people in Shibuya who water flowerbeds, pick up litter, create flowerbeds, and more. He is not good at staying still and participates in events throughout Japan to enliven the venues!
