Heatstroke prevention promotion ambassador Netchū-kun. Created in 2009 so that no one would suffer heatstroke, this character was born from a portable heatstroke monitor that immediately alerts people when it becomes too hot or too cold. Netchū-kun promotes heatstroke prevention at appliance sections of electronics stores, bon-dance venues, and elsewhere!
