Gifu Castle character Oshiro Robo appeared in 2012, inspired by Gifu Castle on Mount Kinka. He is approximately three meters tall, apparently the tallest in the yuru-character world? While helping liven up the Yanagase shopping district in the city, he has attracted attention from across Japan and is rapidly growing in popularity.
