I’m Makami, a wolf. I’m the official mascot of the Digital Castle Town Project, which supports castles and castle towns throughout Japan. I’m active in local versions in Inuyama, Hikone, Naegi, Matsue, Gifu, Gujō Hachiman, Himeji, Sunpu, and Kishiwada. I pop up at castle events and festivals in everyone’s towns.
