I’m Yabussan, the Tajima beef old man～. I rose up to liven up Yabu City, which people often cannot read (Yabushi)～. The reason Tajima beef is called the finest wagyu is fully explained by the fact that Tajima cattle are the foundation stock for Matsusaka beef, Kobe beef, and Omi beef.
