The prince of Oasis Island. A curious and kind-hearted boy. His trademark is his spiral cheeks. When he gets hungry, he becomes dizzy and his eyes spin. He picks up all kinds of problems and makes General Octopus panic. He is also friends with Awaji Tamako and often listens to her old stories.
