Yume-chan is the image character of General Incorporated Association ENJOY Rinku and the “Yume Hanabi” fireworks event, which was revived by collecting donations after the city’s financial difficulties caused the event to disappear. Always smiling, Yume-chan leads everyone to smile too! At events, Yume-chan sometimes wears a charm on her head suited to the occasion. When music plays, she cannot help dancing. She loves high-fiving all kinds of people. Yume-chan is full of energy and smiles. Nice to meet you.
