Created to commemorate Sumire Elementary School's 60th anniversary, Sumirecchi was born from ideas proposed by the student council and a vote by approximately 700 people. As the face of the community, Sumirecchi supports the creation of a caring town and makes lots of flowers bloom in everyone's hearts!
