Suzu City image character Mitsuketarō. “I found Suzu City’s good things...” This character was born in 2011 to promote Suzu City’s delicious foods and enjoyable activities. He is a Mitsuke Island fairy whose hands are specialty Dainagon azuki beans, whose feet are Ōhama soybeans, and whose head is adorned with the city flower, camellia. He works hard by participating in events to promote Suzu City.
