Based on Kamo eggplant, one of the most famous brand vegetables of Kyoto. Nasubō is the character of the Kyoto Food Education Network and occasionally appears at food-education events to tell everyone about the importance of food. His catchphrase is, “Eat breakfast, nasu!”
