Taitō Ward tourism PR character Taitō-kun. He was born from the characters “Taitō” written by the Buddha who watches over Taitō Ward. Apparently, when he finds someone in trouble, he appears in the Buddha’s place and guides them toward a solution. He can be seen at events within the ward!
