Karasumori Shrine mascot character Koikichi is a crow boy created with the shrine’s crow as its motif. Koikichi was apparently named from “Kichi yo koi!” (“Let good fortune come!”). Koikichi prays for “everyone’s happiness” at Karasumori Shrine and participates in festivals and other events while sharing the attractions and information of the shrine and Shimbashi on Twitter and elsewhere. They say that good things happen if you meet Koikichi?
