An unofficial yuru character from Myoko, Niigata Prefecture. It was created as a collaboration between students of the local Arai Junior High School art club and the Arai Chamber of Commerce and Industry Youth Division. Its motif is the blue-and-white flycatcher, Myoko City's bird, and its head is made from a Myoko-grown Koshihikari rice ball.
