Even while being teased by his senior coworkers, he works hard every day to liven up Hiratsuka Keirin!! He hands out flyers not only inside the velodrome but also in front of nearby stations, and shares information on Twitter. A message from Windy-kun: “It's my first time participating in the Yuru-chara Grand Prix, win-dy!
