A creature of the "Smileka class, Smile-dolphin order" that suddenly came ashore one day from offshore in Tokyo Bay to search for a home. Thanks to the house-shaped translator riding on its head, it can speak human language. Having studied various kinds of knowledge about the "homes" where humans live in advance under the sea, it knows lots of trivia about architecture and housing. Its personality is easygoing, cheerful, and laid-back.
