Super Birdman Gaina and Darudaru, protectors of the bond between humans and yōkai. Super Birdman Gaina was created based on the legendary crow Yatagarasu of Kumano, and protects nature and peace in southern Kii Peninsula for the bond between humans and yōkai. Darudaru is a yōkai among the gaki living on the Kumano Kodo. He apparently possesses travelers, making them tired or hungry, but does nothing while they are in town. The two work hard together for nature and peace!
